A Very Special Visitor!

The weather improved, leaving no sign that yesterday even happened, and Megan and Mom were able to make it out. Leah and Elijah were very excited to see Grandma, they were a little shy until she pulled out the candy! Of course they warmed up very quickly after that and now I can't seperate the three of them! From reading books to playing hide and seek, Grandma is going to be running off her feet and need a vacation away from her vacation!

Hi James & Jaimie,

You don't know me, but Dawn & Daryl are "aunt & uncle" to our kids. Since we are very close to the Grunau's, we've heard a bit about you over the years.

Anyways, I just wanted to say "congratulations" on the birth of your lovely daughter.

I am a paediatric nurse in Saskatoon (and I'm sure you've heard it over and over), but I just wanted to encourage you that kids with cleft lips & palates really do so well nowadays.

And good job with the pumping! That is a tonne of work so be proud of yourself! You are helping your baby so much. Not to mention how much you are showering her with love.

Take care, all of you. You are doing a great job.
